With only days standing between me and what will undoubtedly be the biggest challenge of my life (so far….) I thought I’d tell you a bit about my final week and what I’m doing right up until I step on the plane!
Today I took myself down to the gym and jumped on the treadmill for a final steady run with my fully stocked backpack (which weighs in at around 12kg!)
The race demands self sufficiency from all of it’s competitors which means I have to carry everything on my back that I might need (excl. water).
